Eye Care Tips….
1. Regular Eye Exams-: Every 1-2 years
2. Wear Sunglasses-: With UV protection, polarized lenses
3. 20-20-20 Rule-: Look away from screens every 20 minutes
4. Blink Regularly-: Prevent dry eyes, especially during screen time
5. Stay Hydrated-: Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day
Eye Exercises…..
1. Roll Your Eyes-: 5-10 times, clockwise and counterclockwise
2. Focus on a Point-: 5-10 seconds, then shift gaze to another point
3. Massage Your Eyes-: Gentle, circular motions, 5-10 times
Eye Nutrition….
1. Leafy Greens-: Spinach, kale, collard greens
2. Omega -3 Fatty Acids-: Salmon, sardines, walnuts
3. Nuts and Seeds-: Almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seed
Common Eye Problems…
1. Dry Eyes-: Caused by lack of tears or poor tear quality
2. Conjunctivitis-: Caused by infection or allergies
3. Cataracts-: Caused by clouding of the lens in the eye
4. Glaucoma-: Caused by increased pressure in the eye

1. Vision Changes-: Sudden blurred vision, double vision
2. Eye Pain-: Severe eye pain, eye strain
3. Redness or Swelling-: Eye redness, swelling, or discharge
4. Flashes or Floaters-: Sudden flashes of light, floaters in vision
